Aetna’s Former Medical Director Does Not Review Medical Records Before Denying Care

There was a recent story done by CNN that exposed that medical claims were being denied by Aetna without so much as reviewing the medical record. This is concerning and makes one wonder how many patients have been harmed by this action or if this is common throughout the industry.
