Safety Tips for Practicing Yoga

Yoga should not be taken to the extremes.

Keep in mind that your body is unique to you. Know your limitations.  Do not try to force anything. It doesn’t benefit your body to stretch every single area because some areas should be tight so they  can function without pain or disability. If you have any questions or an injury, seek out expert advice from a physical therapist.
